We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who will work hard and contribute their talents. The desired candidate must work well in teams and in an unsupervised capacity at times, have a positive attitude, possess good communication skills, ability to learn new skills, and demonstrate a commitment to deliver quality service.
Job responsibilities include working within a warehouse team environment that rotates some responsibilities monthly as directed by warehouse team leads. These responsibilities can vary based on organizational needs, but each team member is expected to:
- Load specialized software/firmware on devices and verify functionality
- Recognize bad devices that do not meet minimum performance standards
- Efficiently and accurately fill orders for devices in your assignment and pay attention to special requests
- Ship orders and receive return packages daily
- Help kit devices and ensure there is sufficient stock for “ready to ship” kits and devices
- Receive and count inventory using Microsoft Excel, as well as account for parts inventory that will be shipping with each device you are assigned
- Must be able to take and follow directions and complete all projects needed to prepare devices for shipping.
- Continually identify methods to improve the process as volumes continue to increase.
- Help to maintain the warehouse area by cleaning up surroundings and emptying trash bins daily
Requirements
Start date: Mid to late August 2024
Monday – Friday
Phone and Keyboarding skills (minimum of 25 WPM)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Technical/mechanical/electrical familiarity a plus
Excel experience preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
