OpTech Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Representative! We are looking for a detailed-oriented and motivated individual to join our team. This role involves managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring clear communication between clients, warehouse staff and shipping carriers. The CSR acts as a key liaison between customers, warehouse staff, and shipping carriers to guarantee efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify and double-check customer-entered orders to ensure accuracy in customer information and product selection.
- Coordinate and communicate pickup dates, pallet counts, and case counts with clients.
- Process and handle special orders, including FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and import regulations
Warehouse Coordination & Inventory Control
- Generate and distribute pick tickets to warehouse staff for order fulfillment.
- Create packing lists and ensure each pallet receives an accurate packing label.
- Maintain warehouse inventory by physically walking the floor, identifying discrepancies, and updating inventory records.
- Address and resolve issues related to damaged or non-conforming products.
Shipping & Logistics
- Create and print shipping labels for FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL.
- Monitor shipments, calculate charges, and send tracking numbers to clients.
- Notify clients of their shipment status, including confirmations of pickups, shipments, or delays.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift and move products when necessary.
- Familiarity with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL) and their processes is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with frequent interaction with warehouse staff and shipping carriers.
- May require standing and walking for extended periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
