RESPONSIBILITIES : SUMMARY
- Responsible for the development, testing and implementation of complex web solutions using JavaScript frameworks for Our Client's website, mobile application and secured portals
- Ensures designs comply with organizational standards
- Serves as consultant for department on web projects and mentors web designers and non-technical team members
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provides technical leadership and mentors web designers on technical issues and best practicesLeads research activities to implement new web technologies and provide ideas for technical or business improvementsMonitors and delivers key performance indicator reports of site and campaign activity to drive the ongoing development and optimization of compelling web content in order to increase traffic and time on site, drive product sales and increase registrant opt-ins for loyalty and retention programsMonitors competitive landscape to find best practices and strategies to provide new design recommendationsDevelops and maintains Our Client's internet website and secured portalsDesigns front-end web solutions and performs testing and implementationProvides technical support with the integration of front-end HTML, CSS and JavaScript design deliverables to the back-end development deliverables in conjunction with ITDevelops prototypes and mock-ups to help develop, demonstrate, and validate business requirements to ensure all stakeholders understand what will be built and to help identify potential issues early in the projectParticipates in quality assurance and UAT testing and monitoring automated tools to improve and maintain quality standardsAssists in gathering and documenting business requirements, developing prototypes and formulating test plansSupports Content Management System publishing tools in conjunction with IT teamsQUALIFICATIONS

Expert proficiency in all of the following : HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and JSONCompetency preferred in the following : Angular 5 , React, Typescript, Lodash, Adobe Experience Manager Bootstrap CSS, NodeJS, NPMDemonstrated ability to develop websites that work across multiple browsers and platformsWorking knowledge of online marketing tactics, industry trends and user behavior including search, email and social networking platformsWorking knowledge of user experience and content management systemsAbility to work closely with management and business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into creative technical solutions that address company goalsProven ability to understand Enterprise level applications, design, develop and integrate new features into existing systems, identify dependencies and risks of new tasks and featuresAbility to collaborate with IT development teams and ensure solutions are delivered in line with department objectivesAbility to lead and contribute to process improvement projects involving online applications and tasksExperience with mentoring web designers and non-technical team membersExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to lead to plan, organize, direct and control projects as the project leadOther related skills and / or abilities may be required to perform this jobEDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor's degree in related field preferredThree (3) or more years of web related software development experienceADDITIONAL INFORMATION
