RATE : $40-50HR WITH BENEFITS
HYBRID-2 DAYS / WK ONSITE
- Please note vendor experience is not required for this role. Candidate should have a lot of Product Owner role experience, with a strong sense of leadership and collaboration. Really looking for someone who can firmly push the tech team to the goal, but does it with a collaborative approach. This is a non-technical role . Not looking for Agile application development Product Owners.

Reviewing products for customers, processes to support products, how to sell, implement, service, material used- training,
Closing risk gaps, improving processes, training, updating operational things, non tech process improvement
Rewrite all solutions (Positive Pay) fraud hub, revamping everything on the tech side

Things are constantly changing in the org, this team has been “everything to everyone”, some people will want to hold onto their tasks “for their life”.
The product team is currently decentralized & working towards centralization.
Technology could own the contract.
The team is doing a lot of administrative work, this space is very risky.
Team “Business Excellence Team” needs to centralize tasks.
Cross ownership of processes for Product Managers, they are not truly Product Managers, owning processes.

Build out framework to be more detailed / structured, market intelligence gathering, RFI, RFP, working with Procurement Corporate Legal External Legal.
Working with the business side, ensuring these is consistence and repeatable processes, vendor selection, creating things from the ground up.
Interviewing other teams to prioritize, breaking down barriers to build relationships.
Staying in line with TPRM. Running SharePoint sites. Managing MSA for customers.
