Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

What You’ll Do:
A Construction Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations on a construction site. They ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards. The Foreman leads a team of workers, communicates with project managers, and ensures compliance with all construction plans and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Interpret and implement blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Assign tasks and ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor work progress, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Resolve on-site issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
- Train and mentor workers to improve job performance and efficiency.
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients to report progress and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials used, and project milestones.
- 5 yrs experience as a Construction Foreman or similar leadership role in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with workers, management, and clients.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency in using construction tools, equipment, and safety gear
