What You Need to Have:
Previous Janitorial Experience Required
Forklift driving is desired but not required- This will be the employees choice (we will train)
Basic computer skills- must be able to communicate through email and fill out a Maintenance work order (we will train)
Have the ability and willingness to adapt to an ever changing production environment
***Initiative- must be willing to take care of obvious issues before being told to***

What You’ ll Do:
- Performing traditional janitorial tasks and other related duties such as floor care and machine cleaning
- Offering rare assistance to facilities maintenance personnel in basic grounds maintenance
- Offering rare assistance to facilities maintenance personnel with minor building repairs
- Must pay special attention to any area in which a customer may visit. This includes bathrooms, lunch rooms and manufacturing public areas. Positive customer impressions are important to our executives and this position plays a major role in making positive impressions a reality
