Pay:

$75,000 - $90,000 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, Full-time, On-site

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the structural design process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Tekla Structures to draft and manage design projects.
• Collaborate with detailers, engineers, and team members to execute designs effectively.
• Create technical documents and reports using Bluebeam for clear communication among teams.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all details are meticulously executed.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members in design and build processes.
• Conduct regular project reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
• Communicate with outside detailers to align project needs and expectations.

What You Need to Have:

• Proven experience in structural design and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with a strong preference for Tekla Structures experience
• Strong management, time-management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage both internal projects and outsource detailing work
  
  

The Musts:

• On-site presence required—this is not a remote position
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute projects from conception through execution
  
  

Preferred:

• Familiarity with system design principles and best practices
• Experience in graphic design, enhancing the visual presentation of technical documents
• Experience with Bluebeam for technical documentation
