Position: Entry-Level Construction Estimator

Location: Molalla, OR

Pay: $26-$30 per hour DOE

Schedule: Full-time, M-F 8AM-5PM

What You’ll Do:

• Assisting in the preparation of accurate cost estimates for bids and proposals
• Analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documents
• Utilizing estimating software and tools effectively
• Maintaining documentation and records related to estimates.
• Visiting sites with Owner to learn their estimating process.

What You Need to Have:

The Musts:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Construction industry experience
  
  

Preferred:

• Familiarity with construction estimating software.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices
• Understanding of construction drawings and specifications
