WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Medical Scheduling Temp Associate, you will play a key role in coordinating patient appointments and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments for cardiovascular procedures and consultations
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service
- Verifying patient insurance information and updating records in the system
- Coordinating with physicians, nurses, and other staff to manage appointment flow
- Ensuring accuracy in scheduling and patient information to minimize errors
- Assisting with front desk tasks, including check-ins, check-outs, and paperwork
- Previous medical scheduling or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in medical scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
