Location: Anchorage, AK

Pay: $27 - $28.85 PH

Opti Staffing Group is proud to partner with a dynamic organization in Anchorage, AK, seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Project Controls & Compliance Analyst I. This role requires full-time onsite work and offers a great opportunity to work with government and commercial contracts in a collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Set up and maintain projects in Deltek Costpoint, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and reporting requirements.
• Read and interpret proposals, subcontracts, and contract documents.
• Process and review contract modifications and prepare contract briefs.
• Support project closeout and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with Treasury, Accounting, HR, and other departments on project setup issues.
• Provide weekly updates to the Project Controls Lead.
• Assist with compliance and reporting activities as needed.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting or Contract Administration.
• Knowledge of government regulations and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and resolve issues efficiently.
