Responsibilities include:
- Set up and operate Haas & Mori vertical mills.
- Loads appropriate tools for the job
- Understands Haas & Fanuc controls.
- Retrieves programs from the database
- Reviews and understand blue prints
- Ability to troubleshoot - Assess and apply appropriate machining solutions to both new and current manufacturing processes.
- Interaction with engineering, quality control and other machine shop personnel.
- Other duties as assigned
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Have setup and production experience in close tolerance machined components.
- Programming experience with the use of Master Cam would be a plus.
- Have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent work ethic and dependability
- Able to work overtime as required
- Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Want to learn and grow.
- Have the ability and willingness to adapt to ever changing production environment.
