WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create effective strategies for client acquisition
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses; candidates without these licenses must obtain them within a specified timeframe upon hire
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
