- Assisting customers with welding and gas supply needs, providing expert guidance
- Processing sales transactions and managing customer accounts
- Stocking and organizing inventory in the warehouse
- Handling gas cylinders and ensuring proper safety procedures
- Loading and unloading shipments as needed
- Learning product specifications and staying up to date with industry trends
- Customer service experience required
- Welding knowledge preferred (formal experience or hands-on familiarity)
- Ability to learn quickly and absorb technical product information
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with physical labor and warehouse tasks
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
