Job Description: As an Enterprise Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with our team to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tier 3 support to clients, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and manage complex technical projects
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 7 years of experience supporting IT hardware/software/infrastructure in an MSP environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
