Seeking a Skilled Scenic Artist to join our team. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in scenic painting and sculpture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality scenic finishes, textures, and paint treatments for exhibits.
- Work with a variety of materials and tools to achieve desired artistic effects.
- Assist in sculpting and detailing exhibit elements as needed.
- Travel as required for on-site installations.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in scenic art, exhibit fabrication, or related fields.
- Strong skills in scenic painting and sculpture.
- Proficiency in working with various materials and tools.
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Must be able to travel for projects.
- Portfolio or work examples required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- MURAL PAINTING/SCULPTING/CARPENTER: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
