The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various clerical tasks. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
- Provide clerical support such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support medical or optical reception functions by greeting patients and managing appointment schedules.
- Medical billing experience is preferred but not required- will train the right candidate.
Skills
- Proficient in operating phone systems and managing office communications effectively.
- Strong background in office practices to ensure efficient workflow.
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Excellent computer literacy skills to navigate various software programs seamlessly.
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all written communications.
- Solid clerical skills including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
