Overall Function
Opticity Wealth Partners is a multi-generational comprehensive insurance, planning, and wealth management firm focused on providing impactful and customized financial planning, investment advisory, and insurance services for individuals, families, and businesses.
We are seeking a growth-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments. With AUM and cash values over a half of a billion dollars, we need a talented, hardworking, self-starter as we grow our client base further. This person should be able to hit the ground running with a thorough knowledge of the financial planning process while quickly mastering the technology utilized by the practice.

Punctual and ability to work in-office for 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday)
General and Analytical Support
Support the Lead Advisor with analysis, client service and technical assistance
Attend client meetings and take extensive notes
Input client information into online fact-finding tools
Analyze client information and prepare reports and presentations
Enter information into financial planning software and prepare draft financial plans
Perform Asset allocaton analysis necessary for client onboarding and portfolio review
Provide back-up support to generate and execute rebalancing trades
Create custom spreadsheets for analyzing purchase decisions or planning scenarios
Prepare presentations and other materials necessary for client meetings
Perform research of investments that clients currently hold or may hold
Client Service Responsibilities
Answer routine client questions and service requests for both insurance and investments needs
Communicate with clients in an effective manner
Show clients how to access their accounts online and assist with asset aggregation
Present product information or options to clients from time to time
Handle requests for transfer of funds in and out of accounts
New client account forms for opening or maintaining accounts
Maintain information in the CRM system
Post meeting notes and oversee next steps
Assist in generating reports for client reviews or as needed by clients
Growth Responsibilities
Growth in knowledge of planning areas including financial planning, investments, budgeting, taxes, risk management (life, disability and long-term care insurance) and estate planning.
Obtain CFP designation if not already obtained
Grow into a Service Advisor role within 3 years
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly
Batchelor’s degree
Preferred 2 - 5 years of experience
Series 6 and 63
Series 7 preferred or within 3 months of employment
Life/Health license preferred or within 3 months of employment
