POSITION PROFILE :
Safran DSI is seeking a Sales Representative who will be responsible for supporting the Telemetry Division. This position will support multiple Sales and Business Development activities to include, but not limited to, managing opportunities in CRM, quoting and customer communications support for the team, ensuring daily, weekly and monthly interactions with the sales team, the customer, and the Norcross, GA facility. In this role, the incumbent is required to frequently engage with customers, and act as the primary contact and coordination hub for a growing sales team.
Success in this position requires strong communication and administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively track quotes, customer interactions, team activities, and communications. Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills, along with an assertive and proactive communication approach, are essential.

- ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Manage opportunities and follow ups all Telemetry Opportunities in CRM (Salesforce)
Assume responsibility for driving 30 outbound calls / 3hr Talk Time per day, as well as managing opportunities and emails with the goal of selling to new prospects and / or upgrading existing customers' products and services
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL :
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role, with proven sales skills to build on
