In This Role, You Will:
- Provide Exceptional Patient Experiences:
- Greet patients warmly and professionally.
- Answer phone calls with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with billing inquiries.
- Streamline Office Operations:
- Maintain accurate patient records and update demographics.
- Assist with pre-testing procedures.
- Order contact lenses and assist with the dispensing of eyeglasses.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of customer service experience (preferred)

- Flexibility to work Saturdays
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
