Compensation:
Pay Range: $230-$250k Base 10% Bonus

Requirements | Skills & Care Model:
MD/DO Board Certified/ Board Eligible (Prefers Doc earlier in their career)
Value Based Care Model
Clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or ambulatory care setting is preferred.
Schedule 8-5:30 M-F (have been flexible with 4x10hr shifts. Last Appt. ends at 4:40p
EMR: NextGen
NO Call
Ea. visit 30 minutes Avg. -Annual Wellness visits 1hr 12-15 patients a day
Max panel 1,250
Complex patients seen 6-8xs a year
In Office: Simple suturing, laceration repair, simple wound repair, diabetic foot exams, IUD insertion (a plus)
Point of care ultrasound onsite
Patient Demographic: Mostly Seniors. Some Peds.
Independent Primary care center not affiliated with the hospital
Medicare through Anthem and CMS
Uses PicassoMD for referrals
Partner w/LabCorp
Physician: As the quarterback or captain of the team, physician will deliver holistic care to patients working in a coordinated manner with a care team comprised of a clinical pharmacist, nurse, health coach, behavioral health specialist, and medical assistant.
