Medical Director – Veterinary Medicine –Chandler, AZ

This clinic was bought from and will be rebranded. If you wanted to revamp a clinic, make it your own and not have to pay for it. Need the ability to build out and design aspects of the clinic /
Role :
- Salary : $170k-$180k base Either 5% profit sharing based on net for each quarter or production making 20 % over your threshold (you choose)
- Sign on Bonus up to $50k
- Yearly retention bonus of $10k
- Medical Director 1 associate Vet techs, vet assistants and a kennel tech full staff (3 techs per doctor)
- Pool of 15 relay docs on call
- 15-20 cases a day
- Hours : M-F 8-6p one doc does Mon-Thurs the other does Tues-Friday
- Schedule : Mon-Friday with one day being a medical dir. day / admin day to game plan and strategize with the leadership team
