NEW** General Dentist needed in KS - Earning potential $600k+

I'm working with a fantastic dental practice in KS looking to add a general dentist to the team! Let me know if you're interested!

Practice Details :

  • Hours : Mon-Thurs 8 : 30-4p; Fri 8 : 30-12p
  • Pt volume : volume can vary, procedure heavy practice. Expect a fast-paced environment.
  • All ages seen, peds to adults

Support staff : 6 FT dental hygienists, 5 full time superscalars, CRNAs, full office staff, most likely 3 assistants per dentist

  • Each location has 3D x-ray and 3D Scanner
  • EMR : EagleSoft
  • No after hours call responsibilities.

    • Ideal candidate :

  • KS license and DEA
  • Must be certified in Oral Sedation of Peds and Adults or willing to get certified.
  • Patient centered, can fit with the culture and team
  • Open to new grad or experienced
  • Open to learning new techniques and procedures in house.

    • Compensation

  • Base Salary- $300k 30% of collections.
  • 30% is after physician overhead is met; Overhead is (25k External lab Fees).
  • Verified income potential can range from $550k-650k / yr
  • Sign on and relocation : $10k

    • Benefits

  • Malpractice covered, health, vision, 401k(4.5% match)
  • Dental provided by office.
  • PTO : 3 weeks - 10 hours accrued per month worked. Unused PTO will be paid out at end of year.
  • CME : $5k allowance

    • Salary : $550,000 - $650,000
