The Role
We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with fellowship training or CAQ in Geriatrics to serve as Medical Director for a well-established PACE program. This leadership position combines direct clinical care with programmatic oversight.
o Supervision of Primary Care Providers and APPs
o Active role in QAPI program, policy development, and leadership initiatives
o Conduct new participant physicals and reassessments
o Participate in Intake and Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) decisions
o On-call rotation as needed
o Familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools
o Effective team leadership and interdepartmental communication
o Flexibility and compassion in a community-based care environment
