Primary Care Outpatient –south Miami Florida
COMPENSATION: Total 1st year comp. $278,000 plus great benefits

Role:
- Salary: $220,000.00 - $240,000.00
- Will hire Non-Boarded with FL – ACN license
- Avg. 20 patients a day
- 15-20 minutes with ea. patient
- Patients 18yrs old and up (need to be okay seeing both age groups)
- Call: One week of Call once a year
- A sign on bonus of $20,000.00 will be paid in one lump sum for 2 years.
- Will pay a differential hourly rate on Saturdays. (Office is currently open Saturday from 8am – 12pm. The physicians rotate Saturdays) Extra $540.00 for 1\2 a day = $14,040 a year
- Bonus program up to $24,000.00 annually
- EMR: E-Clinical Works

Requirements:
- Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida
- 5 years of experience as a licensed physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible IM / FM - Preferred
- Will hire Non-Boarded with FL – ACN license
- Bi-Lingual – Required (mainly Spanish speaking population)
