Position : Full-Time Family Physician
Overview :
We are seeking a full-time, relationship-centered family physician to join our team at a new health center in Machesney Park, IL, in partnership with the Harlem Co. School District. We are looking for a primary care physician to lead our team, providing high-quality care to employees and their families.
Position Details :
Patient Population : Employees and families of all ages, with a focus on acute and primary care, emphasizing preventive medicine
Care Team : MD, Medical Assistant (MA), Registered Nurse (RN)
Schedule : 40 hours per week, with a proposed schedule as follows :
Monday : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Tuesday : 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Wednesday : 9 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Thursday : 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM (4 hours)
No nights, no call, and no weekends
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : $240,000 – $275,000 per year (negotiable based on experience and FTE)

Less time spent on ICD-10 coding and administrative work, with built-in admin time
Opportunity to improve patient outcomes with a finite patient panel
Annual Visits : 60 minutes
Follow-Up Visits : 30 minutes
Job Requirements :
Education : MD or DO, board-certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine, or both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
Skills : Comfortable performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control (a plus)
