Optim Medical Center - Screven is seeking a full time Facility Maintenance Technician for our Sylvania, GA location.
Primary Duties : The Facilities Maintenance Technician is in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment. Their duties include general landscaping, fixing machinery, plumbing, heating, and wiring, inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards, and identifying, planning, and scheduling major repairs and other duties as assigned.

- General upkeep and minor repairs
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair broken assets.
- Keep hand tools, power tools, and supplies organized and clean.
- Performs general machine maintenance, including oil changes.
- Paints and stains indoors and outdoors as necessary.
- Maintains building systems and keeps the facility in good working order.
- Maintain accurate records of performed maintenance tasks.
- Follow safety precautions and adhere to the set schedule.
