What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Help Desk Technician position at Optim Orthopedics?
Optim Orthopedics is seeking a full time IT Helpdesk Technician for the Savannah, GA location.
Primary Duties:
Triage all helpdesk tickets and phone help requests.Handle user account provisioning and terminations in a timely manner.Maintains a high standard of customer service to ensure that support interactions are smooth.Exhibits a strong independent troubleshooting and diagnostic frame of mind and a desire to learn and grow.Travel to other Optim offices, clinics and facilities to provide on-site support as needed.Assists with department projects as required.Unboxes and preps new PCs prior to deployment.Repairs and refurbishes PCs as necessary.Deploys new hardware with careful attention to detail.Communicates effectively with other staff (end users and IT) regarding IS issues.Communicates effectively with vendors regarding IS issues when necessary.Take after-hours on-call support calls as needed.Performs all other duties as assigned.
