A Service attendant oversees all the Preferred Fletcher Jones Owners by providing a five-star experience upon arrival at Mercedes Benz of Ontario with the Car Wash Check-in.
- Immediately Greet Guests upon arrival with a smile and warm welcome.
- Assist the Guest to locate the appointment on X-time System.
- Double-check if the Guest has a Preferred Owner Sticker
- Perform a Walk around the vehicle with the iPad. Always look for vehicle damage and take photos of the vehicle.
- Photos must be high quality with the 360 system.
- Place Service Tag inside the vehicle and tag the vehicle key.
- Have the Guest acknowledge the Service Agreement or the Service Tag.
- Ensure the vehicle key is on the Cup Holder.
- Direct Guests to the Fletcher Jones Guest Services.
