Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining inventory control. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, supply chain management, and procurement.
Essential Functions
- Daily functions include MRP, ordering and quoting.
- Expediting parts for customer orders/projects/networks.
- Annual costing projects and lead time projects.
- Assist with compiling and executing quarterly KPI’s.
- Work with Inspection on rejected part follow-ups.
- Material estimating new projects.
- New machine BOM releases/ordering/changes.
- Production order assembly.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday in coordination with our company “core hours” as noted in our Employee Handbook.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
1. Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Associate degree or equivalent from college or technical school.
2. German or other language a benefit, but not required
3. SAP experience a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
