We are currently seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our growing team in Scottsdale!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily follow-up communications with new and established patients.
- Track and monitor patient complaints through final resolution.
- Develop patient experience reports.
- Complete Daily phone/text audits.
- Complete volume reporting to be shared with management.
- Pull charts in accordance with insurance request.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in a Customer Service role required.
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare required.
- Experience with EMR system preferred, EClinical Works is a plus!
- Complete understanding of HIPAA and PHI policies.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and customer service skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills, excellent ability to pay attention to detail.
- Must be a team player!
