The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical experience in healthcare, specifically as a provider and or director.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and guidance to staff
- Guarantee employee adherence to policies and quality standards
- Formulate strategies to aid the integrity and growth of each practice
- Assist in the comprehensive planning of patients’ care
- Evaluate employee performance and employees’ work morale
- Train personal when necessary to maintain quality patient care
- Monitor compliance with legal guidelines
Skills:
- Minimum of 2yrs experience working as a Doctor (primary care preferred)
- MA in relative field
- 2yrs experience working in an EMR system
- Knowledge of current healthcare guidelines and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude that promotes teamwork and comradery
