We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, efficient, and aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple commercial properties, and overseeing maintenance and construction projects.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Plan, execute, and oversee property improvement projects, renovations, and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure budget planning, cost control, and expense management for property-related operations.
- Communicate updates, issues, and project statuses with senior leadership and internal teams.
- Schedule, coordinate, and supervise vendors, contractors, and facilities staff.
Qualification Requirements:
- At least 2 years facilities/property management experience supporting multi-unit businesses. Healthcare specific experience a plus.
- At least 2 years project experience for commercial properties including tenant improvement construction.
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Strong track record of completing projects on time and on budget
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving and leadership skills
