Optimae Behavioral Health Services, a division of Optimae LifeServices, is looking for a full-time BHIS Supervisor with office location in either Fairfield or Mount Pleasant. This is not a remote position. Will provides services in Des Moines, Henry, Keokuk, Lee, Louisa, Jefferson, Wapello, Van Buren and Washington counties.

Optimae assists individuals from more than 40 Iowa counties with their mental health, visible and invisible disabilities, and other barriers. We empower our customers to reach their fullest potential by being at their side and on their side.

The BHIS Supervisor oversees the implementation of interventions by observations, completing behavioral charts, educating staff, reviewing reports, and other specific tasks in order for our customers to be successful in maintaining their independence.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Experience in the field of human services strongly preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and networking skills.
• Use initiative, good judgement and leadership skills.
• Able to work as a leader of a team.
• Able to work in a stressful environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
