Our service territory for our Grand Prairie Region Washington branch covers Iowa, Johnson, Mahaska, Keokuk and Washington Counties and our Fairfield branch (Southern Prairie) covers Wapello, Jefferson, Davis and Van Buren counties. Allowing our staff, the opportunity to work and give back to the communities where they are comfortable and familiar along with advocating for their clients in their community.

OHH in the Grand Prairie Region are hiring nurses to grow with us. Must have an active Iowa RN or LPN license, driver’s license, a vehicle, and BLS/CPR certification.
