Optimae Life Services has a full-time position for Direct Support Professionals in the Washington area.
Duties :
- Utilize our customer individualized service plan to teach daily goal.
- Support our customer's in their living, social and learning environments.
- Support our customers to achieve there personal goals of their choice.
- Complete individual service documentation following Optimae's policy and procedure.
- Participate in team meetings, training and personalized monthly coaching.
- Communicate with team members.
Qualifications :
- Be at least 18 years of age .
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Licensed driver with a dependable vehicle and automobile insurance - preferred.
- Background check required which includes Child and Dependent Adult Abuse and Driving record checked
