Optimae LifeServices in Bloomfield is looking for full-time Direct Support Professional staff. Applicants should possess a willingness and desire to work with people experiencing Mental Illness, Intellectual, and Developmental Disabilities. Duties:
- Supporting our customer's social and learning environment
- Assisting with activities
- Supporting our customers to achieve the personal goals of their choice.
We are looking for self-directed individuals with characteristics of compassion, respect, and problem solving skills. Flexible scheduling and no experience necessary, we will train.
