Optimae LifeServices, Inc. in Fairfield is looking for part-time and full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSP). We value a work-life balance; each month Optimae collaborates with DSP's to create their monthly schedule. Staff are able to communicate scheduling needs and can identify days off (working every other weekend is required with the ability to identify which weekends each month work best for you).

Duties:
- Utilize our customer's individualized service plans to teach daily living skills.
- Support our customer's in their living, social and learning environments.
- Supporting our customers to achieve the personal goals of their choice.
- Complete individual service documentation following Optimae's policy and procedure.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings and personalized monthly coaching.
- Communicate with team members.
We are looking for self-directed individuals with characteristics of compassion, respect, and problem solving skills. Flexible scheduling and no experience necessary, we will train.
Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensed driver with a dependable vehicle and automobile insurance.
- Background check required which includes Child and Dependent Adult Abuse and driving record check.
