Optimae LifeServices in Marshalltown is hiring Direct Support Professionals! We are currently seeking individuals for all shifts (8AM-4PM, 4PM-12AM, 12AM-8AM). Direct Support Professionals provide individualized support working hand in hand with the customers to empower them to utilize choice, create successful and valued roles within their community, and chase their chosen goals! Currently offering a $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS as well!

Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensed driver with a dependable vehicle and automobile insurance.
- Background check required which includes Child and Dependent Adult Abuse and driving record check.
