Optimae LifeServices is seeking a full-time Documentation Specialist for Washington. The Documentation Specialist will assist he Residential Program Coordinators, with the main objective to ensure that all documentation is in compliance.
Responsibilities
- Review, organize, and file contact notes and corporate compliance checklists.
- Complete Census for residential site customers.
- Assist with Corrective Action Plans, Chart Completion, and Contact Note Training.
- Update Program Coordinators regularly overall documentation processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Understand and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to adhere to a flexible schedule to meet the needs of staff and customers.
- Must be organized and able to multi-task well.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively.
Background check required which includes Child and Dependent Adult Abuse and driving record checked.
