Optimae LifeServices is hiring full-time Entry Level Mental Health Professionals (DSPs) to work in Dallas County Sunday-Thursday from 4PM-12AM. Applicants should be caring, creative, and passionate about working with people experiencing Mental Illness, Intellectual, and/or Developmental Disabilities. If you want more than a job, join our team where you can make a difference by assisting in teaching life skills and advocating for individuals in a community-based setting.
Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensed driver with a dependable vehicle and automobile insurance.
- Background check required which includes Child and Dependent Adult Abuse and driving record check.
Duties:
- Support our customer's in their social and learning environments.
- Assisting with activities of daily living.
- Supporting our customers to achieve their personal goals.
- We are looking for self-directed individuals with characteristics of compassion, patience, and problem solving skills.
