Optimae LifeServices is hiring a full-time Intensive Residential Support House Program Coordinator. Office location for this position can be located in Des Moines, Ames or Adel. The IRSH Program Coordinator is responsible for the management of services and leadership using Optimae Life Services’ mission and core values as a guide, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and monitor a budget.
- Monitor services.
- Implement personnel policies and procedures in a manner consistent with Optimae LifeServices’ manuals and handbooks.
- Ensure regulatory standards and accreditation are met.
- Team Building.
- Hiring and Training of staff.
- Provide Supervision and Leadership
- Participate in On-Call.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school degree or GED is required.
- A minimum of four years of experience in the field of human services is required.
