Optimae LifeServices in Ames is hiring a full-time Team Leader II for evenings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use discretion and good judgment to empower customers and staff.
- Role model for staff and customers.
- Supervision of staff.
- Ensure the site is clean, organized and equipped with all needed supplies.
- Crisis Management.
- Maintain contact with Service Coordinator regarding concerns.
- Ensure staff have all the required materials to do their job effectively.
- Ensures customers are receiving quality services.
- Train new staff.
- Provide direct care to customers.
- Attend customer appointments.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with nursing team.
- Keep site forms updated.
- Coordinate any programs outside the house.
- Assisting with customer access to payee services.
- Participate in on call.
