COORDINATORS OF COMMUNITY SERVICES (Case Managers) Charles county
OPTIMAL CASE MANAGEMENT collaborates with the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) of Maryland to coordinate the supports and services of Maryland residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. All staff complete job duties following the Optimal Case Management program and policies, and DDA's mission, vision, and philosophy.
A CCS must reside in or close to their assigned area, work partially from home and conduct in-person visits throughout each month. A CCS MUST HAVE reliable, personal transportation.

Successful CCSs have professional communication, excellent interpersonal skills, time management, organizational, computer, problem-solving, and crisis intervention skills, strong attention to detail, personal and professional ethics, a proactive approach to obtaining services, and the ability to learn quickly.
Preference for:
- Bachelor's degree in a human service discipline
- Two years of experience in human services
- An understanding of developmental disabilities
- The ability to travel throughout your assigned area, and preferably live within that county.
