Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven appointment setting, scheduling experience for patient 'show rates'
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferred
- Experience with outbound calling and warm call scheduling techniques
- Ability to negotiate effectively and 'think on the fly'
- Familiarity with technology, sales and excellent customer service strategies
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
