We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Check-in patients, collect necessary paperwork, and verify information
- Assist with billing using computerized systems
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and proofreading documents

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
1. Receptionist: Previous experience working in an office or familiarity is desirable.
2. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computerized systems for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, billing, and insurance claims.
3. Customer Support: Ability to provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
4. Front Desk Management: Strong organizational skills to manage the front desk area efficiently, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and maintaining patient records.
5. Phone Etiquette: Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills to effectively interact with patients over the phone.
6. You will be in charge of calling and booking our leads and new patients. It's a very important position at our clinic and we are looking for people that want to grow and are hungry for more. We have amazing support to ensure you succeed.Responsibilities:
- You will mainly be setting appointments and calling leads.
- We get leads everyday that genuinely need medical help to improve their lives. Setting their appointments will open opportunities for you to constantly get bonuses. Weekly and Monthly!
- Contacting and communicating with our patients through our designated platforms.
7. Proofreading: Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of patient records, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
8. Communication Systems: Familiarity with operating multi-communication systems (phone, text, messaging, eetc.) to handle incoming calls effectively.
9. File Management: Ability to maintain organized files both physically and electronically.
