Nursing activities are limited to those in compliance with the State LPN Practice Act, any applicable licensure / certification requirement(s) and agency policies and procedures.Scope & Objective : Applies nursing knowledge in planning, implementation, and evaluation of human response to actual or potential health problems. Communicates case findings and initiates health teachings, health counseling, and provision of care that supports life or restores well-being. Functions under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor.Optimal compensates employees based on a per visit rate.QualificationsQualifications :
- Preferably one (1) year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Has completed a practical (vocational) nursing program and is licensed in good standing in the state of Colorado and who furnishes services under the supervision of a qualified Registered Nurse.
- Must be able to communicate in the language of the client and document client related activity as appropriate
- Possesses adequate and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess adequate and effective interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift 50 pounds on a regularly basis
