What are the responsibilities and job description for the Body Module Engineering Analyst position at Optimal Inc.?
Position Description:
Body Module Engineering Analyst:
Work with Body Module SMEs to support FSA audit process. This involves researching background documents (14D, 8D, emails, etc.) and generating evidence of compliance for the audit process. This includes maintaining detailed tracking and status documentation for each affected FSA workstream for Director report outs.
Work with Body Module BCM Engineers to identify and resolve BCM Quality initiatives. This includes working in Jira, creating tasks and managing follow-up discussions with the cross-functional engineering teams.
Skills Required:
Self-starter with ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
Strong electrical systems and body module experience.
Knowledge of Dealership repair methods.
Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional cooperation and issue resolution.
Experience with computer systems (WERS, Jira, VSEM, IVS, Audit, GRID, Team Center, Integrator, MS Office, etc.)
Experience Required:
5 years of experience in automotive system or body modules.
Education Required:
BSEE, BSME, BSCS from accredited university.
