- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts
- Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership
- Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams you'll have.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends Required Behaviors

Experience Required:
- 1 years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience
