What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Coordinator - Part Time position at Optimal Performance and Physical Therapies?

Optimal Performance and Physical Therapies is seeking a part-time front office coordinator in our Riverview clinic.

Candidate must be well organized, detail oriented, work independently and exhibit excellent phone and interpersonal customer service skills interacting with patients. Candidate should be confident in using computers, including Windows and Office software in addition to having the ability to learn the EMR software.

Primary responsibilities include excellent customer service, answering phones, scheduling patients, verification of insurance benefits, requesting and obtaining authorizations, greeting, and assisting patients with administrative needs, determining and taking patient payments and understanding requirements of the EMR system.

Approximately 15 hours per week.--Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9a, to 2pm. Salary range $14 - $16 an hour, depending on experience.
