What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Front Office Coordinator position at Optimal Performance and Physical Therapies?
Optimal Performance and Physical Therapies is hiring a Front Office Coordinator to assist with the administrative tasks of the front desk in a privately owned, growing outpatient physical therapy clinics in Northdale and Citrus Park areas.
Candidate must be a self-starter who is well organized, detail oriented, who can work independently and exhibit excellent phone and interpersonal customer service skills while interacting with patients and fellow staff. Candidate should be confident in using computers, including the use of the EMR software, Windows and Office. The candidate is required to have top notch customer service skills as needed for answering phones, scheduling patients, verification of insurance benefits, requesting and obtaining authorizations, greeting, and assisting patients and therapists with administrative needs, determining and taking patient payments and understanding requirements of the EMR system.
Candidate must be able to work late hours until 7pm daily. We are open to full time or part time. Compensation is $17-$21 per hour depending on experience.
